Dining Experience Our lady Countess of Evesham is a luxuriously appointed cruiser and offers the discerning client an impressive and very different way of entertaining special guests. Whether you choose a silver service luncheon or dinner for up to 44 people, or a buffet for up to 60, our imaginative cuisine is freshly prepared on board by our own chef to the highest standards to delight you and your party. Seating plans can be tailored to your requirements. All audio visual equipment can be arranged or your own will be accommodated and standard on board communications include a mobile telephone. A fully stocked bar which is at your disposal for the duration of the cruise. Special Occasions, Corporate Events and Weddings Whether you are dining with your partner or friends, organizing a hospitality event for staff or clients, a Wedding reception with a difference, an Anniversary to remember, or a party for special occasions you can be sure that the individual attention of our staff and crew will ensure the success of your function. The Countess is designed with flexibility and adaptability in mind. If you are arranging corporate hospitality or business meeting organizer, she provides a centrally located meeting place of considerable quality and confidentiality retaining all the facilities of a traditional location. We will be pleased to discuss your choice of menu and wine requirements. Special diets and children’s menus can be catered for upon booking. Operating throughout the year, the centrally heated Countess of Evesham travels 5 miles down the River Avon to Luddington. During evening cruises, the river banks are flood lit creating a memorable experience seeing the enchanting views of the Avon at night. Exclusive Use The Countess can hold a maximum of 44 guests for a sit down meal (approximately 55 for a buffet). Therefore, if you are taking the whole boat exclusively you must guarantee a minimum of 35 full paying guests and then buy any unused seats i.e. up to 44. These charges are as follows: £10.00 per seat not used for the 1½ hour cruise £18.00 per seat not used Sunday to Friday £20.00 per seat not used on Saturday If you do not require the boat exclusively you will incur no charge for unused seats, nevertheless there will be other guests dining on board with you.
